
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – leftover Rice
• 2 tbsp – chopped Spinach
• 6-7 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 piece Ginger (crushed or grated)
• 1/2 tbsp – Wheat flour or Maida
• 1 tbsp – semolina fine
• 1 tsp – Butter
• 2-3 pods Garlic crushed
• Oil to deep fry
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, except oil and semolina.
- Add flour in case the mixture is too soggy or water in case the mixture is too dry.
- Shape in croquettes. Roll in the semolina to coat.
- Heat oil in kadai. Add in the croquettes few at a time to fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tamarind sauce, green chutney or ketchup.
