
Ingredients:
• 200 g – boneless Chicken
• 2 – apples
• 3 – firm and ripe Bananas
• 1 tsp – grated Lime grind
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 sticks – Celery
• 6 to 8 – small Onions
• 1 tbsp – fresh Parsley
• 1 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 cup – chopped Walnuts
• Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Clean and chop chicken into small pieces.
- Shallow fry in a pan till crisp and browned, stirring all the time.
- Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Peel the onion and shallow fry for 2-3 mins till transparent.
- Wash the apples and cut them into cubes.
- Slice the bananas.
- Chop the celery and parsley.
- In serving bowl, mix together all the ingredients except walnuts.
- Sprinkle nuts on the top and serve.
