Ingredients:

• 200 g – boneless Chicken
• 2 – apples
• 3 – firm and ripe Bananas
• 1 tsp – grated Lime grind
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 sticks – Celery
• 6 to 8 – small Onions
• 1 tbsp – fresh Parsley
• 1 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 cup – chopped Walnuts
• Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  1. Clean and chop chicken into small pieces.
  2. Shallow fry in a pan till crisp and browned, stirring all the time.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
  4. Peel the onion and shallow fry for 2-3 mins till transparent.
  5. Wash the apples and cut them into cubes.
  6. Slice the bananas.
  7. Chop the celery and parsley.
  8. In serving bowl, mix together all the ingredients except walnuts.
  9. Sprinkle nuts on the top and serve.
