
Ingredients:
• Lauki – 1 small
• Curd – 2 cup
• Green chillies – 2
• Red pepper – 1 tsp
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – a pinch
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Oil For seasoning
Method:
- Mix coriander powder, garam masala, red pepper, turmeric powder and salt into the curd
- Pour little oil into the pan when hot, add mustard seeds, cumin and green chillies, then add the mix made out of curd and allow it to boil for 2 to 3 mins
- Then add the chopped lauki and leave it for a few sec
- Transfer this to the pressure cooker and allow it to cook, upto two whisles
