Ingredients:

• Lauki – 1 small
• Curd – 2 cup
• Green chillies – 2
• Red pepper – 1 tsp
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – a pinch
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Oil For seasoning

Method:

  1. Mix coriander powder, garam masala, red pepper, turmeric powder and salt into the curd
  2. Pour little oil into the pan when hot, add mustard seeds, cumin and green chillies, then add the mix made out of curd and allow it to boil for 2 to 3 mins
  3. Then add the chopped lauki and leave it for a few sec
  4. Transfer this to the pressure cooker and allow it to cook, upto two whisles
