Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – mixed dry fruits (cashew nuts, Raisins & almonds)
• 5 cups – water

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai and add wheat flour.
  2. Stir the flour till it becomes golden brown and the fat starts leaving the sides.
  3. Now add water, immediately followed by sugar.
  4. Continue to stir until it turns into a thick paste like consistency.
  5. Take off the gas and garnish it with dry fruits.
  6. Serve hot.
