Ingredients:
• 6 – hardboiled eggs
• 2 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – mustard powder or paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
Method:
- Slice the hard boiled eggs lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon and then mix it with mayonnaise, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, mustard, and lime juice.
- Mix well till you get smooth consistency.
- Spoon this mixture back into the egg halves and arrange on a plate.
- Garnish with chopped coriander or mint leaves.
- Serve as a starter at parties.
