Ingredients:

• 400 g – plain yogurt or Curd
• 1/2 bunch green Spinach
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and finely chop spinach and green chillies. Steam the leaves for 1-2 mins just till they wilt slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, add the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Beat well until smooth.
  3. Add the spinach, mix well until it’s blended.
  4. Garnish with some cumin powder before serving.
