
Ingredients:
• 2 – Chicken Drumsticks or 4 – Chicken wings
• 1 can – creamed Corn
• 1 packet – Chicken soup
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 pod – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Finely cut Spring onion lengthwise
• salt to taste
• 1 – red Onion
• 1 – Egg
Method:
- In a sauce pan, pour oil and saute finely cut red onions and garlic.
- Add pepper powder mix well. Add the chicken and 4 cups and boil for 15 mins.
- Take the chicken out and shred them. Keep aside in the soup.
- In this chicken stock, add the chicken soup packet.
- Add the shredded chicken, creamed corn, and 1 tsp of corn flour.
- Mix well and add salt to taste.
- Beat an egg and pour this over the soup with a fork.
- While serving add the thinly cut spring onions.
