Ingredients:

• 2 – Chicken Drumsticks or 4 – Chicken wings
• 1 can – creamed Corn
• 1 packet – Chicken soup
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 pod – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Finely cut Spring onion lengthwise
• salt to taste
• 1 – red Onion
• 1 – Egg

Method:

  1. In a sauce pan, pour oil and saute finely cut red onions and garlic.
  2. Add pepper powder mix well. Add the chicken and 4 cups and boil for 15 mins.
  3. Take the chicken out and shred them. Keep aside in the soup.
  4. In this chicken stock, add the chicken soup packet.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, creamed corn, and 1 tsp of corn flour.
  6. Mix well and add salt to taste.
  7. Beat an egg and pour this over the soup with a fork.
  8. While serving add the thinly cut spring onions.
