Ingredients:

• 800 gms – fish, cut into pieces
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 4 dried chillies, ground
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 Cloves garlic, grind
• 1 piece Ginger thumb-sized, ground
• 1.5 cup – yogurt
• 3 tbsp – melted Butter
• 1 drop yellow colouring

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry fish with a kitchen towel.
  2. Rub with salt and lemon juice. Let it stand for 20 mins.
  3. Combine chilli paste, garam masala, garlic, ginger, yogurt and yellow colouring agent in a small bowl.
  4. Mix well and pour over fish. Let it stand at room temperature for 4 hours.
  5. Place marinated fish on tray and bake at 205 degree C for 20 mins or until brown.
  6. Brush with melted butter during baking. Garnish with tomato slices, onion rings and lemon slices.
  7. Serve with naan.
