Ingredients:
• 8 – Tomatoes
• 1 -beet root
• 6 – Spinach leaves
• 8 – baby Carrots
• A piece – Ginger
• Coriander leaves – a bunch
• Salt
Method:
- Pressure cook all the vegetables with 2 cups of water and salt. Cook for 3-4 whistles
- Now grind the boiled vegetables in the grinder
- Boil the mixture for about 8 mins and add chopped coriander leaves for flavour.
