Ingredients

– 200 gm brown sugar
– 200 gm butter
– 100 gm milkmaid
– 100 gm dahi (curd)
– 200 gm flour
– 5 gm baking soda
– 50 gm apricot jam
– 300 gm mix fruit
– 3 gm cinnamon powder
– 3 gm cloves powder
– 3 gm mace
– 3 gm nutmeg
– 40 gm castor sugar
– 100 gm grapes juice

How To Cook?

1. Take a bowl and add cream, sugar and butter.
2. In another bowl, mix milkmaid and curd and add it to previously made butter, sugar mixture and mix it well until it becomes smooth and tight.
3. Then collect flour and baking soda in another bowl.
4. Mix dry fruits and apricot jam.
5. then, add it to flour and mix it and add remaining spices and castor sugar and again mix it.
6. Now, bake it in microwave at 180C.
7. Cut cake into pieces and serve it.
