Ingredients:
• Chicken pieces – 1/2 kg
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Dried Fenugreek (methi) – 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder – 1 to 4 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1.5 tbsp
• Lemon – 1
• Large Onions – 2
• Green chillies
• Hung Curd – 1 cup
• Water – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Take a pan add oil, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, chicken, garlic ginger paste, garam masala, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, hung curd and dried methi.
- Add water and cook for a few mins. Keep the lid on pan.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
