Ingredients:

• 1 litre – chilled whole fat Milk
• 1/2 cup – fresh cream, beaten well
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 – banana, ripe
• 1 – Apple
• 1 – chickoo
• 1/2 cup – Pomegranate
• 1 – thick slice, Papaya
• 1 – ripe Mango
• 1/2 cup – small seedless green grapes, sweet
• 1 – fig, large and ripe
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 15 to 20 – Saffron strands
• 1 tsp – Milk masala

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Chill and serve.
