
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Maida
• 25 g – Ghee
• 150 g – Sugar
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Heat the ghee and pour it into the maida.
- Allow it to cool, then mix well and make a dough.
- Make small balls and press with a fork to shape them into shells. (Or if you have a gavvalapeeta, use it.)
- Meanwhile, add a cup of water to the sugar and make a syrup with a 3-thread consistency.
- Deep fry the shells, add them to the syrup and mix well.
- Remove and dry on a tray. Serve.
