
Ingredients:
• Tomatoes – 2 cups
• Spring onions – 4
• Mint leaves – a few
• Coriander leaves – a few
• Garlic powder – a pinch
• Black pepper powder – a pinch
• Self-rising flour – 1 cups
• Oregano – as per taste
• Chilli flakes – as per taste
• Salt – as per taste
• Oil – to fry
• Water – 1 cup
Method:
- Finely chop tomatoes, spring onions, mint and coriander leaves.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the self-rising flour, and mix well and keep aside for some time.
- Mix the self-rising flour and water and make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the mixed ingredients in the batter and fry the fritters.
- Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
