Ingredients:

• 1 -bunch Spinach
• 2- boiled Potato
• 1 cup- boiled Green peas
• 1 tsp- crush cumin (jeera)
• 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp- Lemon juice
• 1.5 tsp -green chilli paste
• 1 tsp -ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp- green coriander
• 1 tbsp -grated Paneer
• 1 tbsp- Corn flour
• salt
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Boil spinach leaves and make a paste.
  2. Crush boiled green peas and mash boiled potato.
  3. Add spinach paste and salt to the potatoes and mix.
  4. Add green coriander, salt, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, grated paneer and green peas.
  5. Now make small sized balls of potato mixture.
  6. Fill it with the green peas mixture and close.
  7. Make kebabs.
  8. Sprinkle corn flour on kebabs & fry in oil.
  9. Serve with tomato sauce.
