
Ingredients:
• 1 -bunch Spinach
• 2- boiled Potato
• 1 cup- boiled Green peas
• 1 tsp- crush cumin (jeera)
• 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp- Lemon juice
• 1.5 tsp -green chilli paste
• 1 tsp -ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp- green coriander
• 1 tbsp -grated Paneer
• 1 tbsp- Corn flour
• salt
• oil to fry
Method:
- Boil spinach leaves and make a paste.
- Crush boiled green peas and mash boiled potato.
- Add spinach paste and salt to the potatoes and mix.
- Add green coriander, salt, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, grated paneer and green peas.
- Now make small sized balls of potato mixture.
- Fill it with the green peas mixture and close.
- Make kebabs.
- Sprinkle corn flour on kebabs & fry in oil.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
