Ingredients:

• 2 – Avocados
• 2 – large Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup – salad shrimp
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 8 oz – green onion, finely diced
• 1/2 cup – green Pimento olives, diced
• 1/2 cup – cilantro, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup – water

Method:

  1. Mash avocados, add green onions, olive oil, and garlic.
  2. Combine all other ingredients, mix them thoroughly.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of water.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.
  6. Serve with chips and vegetables.
