
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 2 – cucumbers, grated
• 1 tsp – chilli Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – chopped coriander
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Soak the rice for 1 hour; grind it and add salt and chilli garlic paste to it.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes and add cucumber to it.
- Take a spoonful of this batter and spread it on a hot pan.
- Top some butter and coriander on it and peel it off the pan.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
