
Ingredients:
• 750 g – whole meal flour
• 15 g – Sugar
• 15 g – fat
• 15 g – salt
• 20 g – Dry yeast
• 750 g – lukewarm water
• For brushing:
• 5 g – fat
Method:
- Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm water.
- Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
- Add yeast liquid and sugar-salt solution to the sieved wholemeal flour.
- Add fat and knead well.
- Divide into round balls.
- Roll, mould and pan the dough.
- Leave the dough under a wet cloth, for the dough to rise (at least for 45 minutes.)
- Spray the surface lightly with water.
- Bake at 205 degree C for 30 minutes.
- Brush with fat after baking.
