Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 450 ml – club soda
• 1 tbsp – Ginger juice
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1.5 tsp – black salt
• crushed ice
• fresh Mint leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients with half the club soda, for 30 seconds.
  2. Then add in the crushed ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add the remaining soda and mix.
  4. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
