
Ingredients:
• 6 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 450 ml – club soda
• 1 tbsp – Ginger juice
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1.5 tsp – black salt
• crushed ice
• fresh Mint leaves for garnishing
Method:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients with half the club soda, for 30 seconds.
- Then add in the crushed ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining soda and mix.
- Serve garnished with mint leaves.
