• 4 – small raw mangoes (vadu manga)
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 cup – Curd or yogurt
• For Seasoning:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
- First cut the vadu mangoes and remove the seed, if you are using the mangoes from the pickle just wash the mangoes and then do the above.
- Grind together the mangoes, green chillies, curds and coconut without adding water so that the consistency remains thick, and the texture a little rough.
- Heat oil, add mustard and methi seeds and when it begins to splutter, add it to the above mixture.
