
Ingredients:
• 500 g chicken, cut into small pieces
• 1 cup grated Coconut
• 1 medium onion, sliced lengthwise
• 1 medium-sized Tomato
• Grind the below ingredients together:
• 1 tsp Coriander leaves
• 1-2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 4 Cloves
• 1 inch Cinnamon
• 7-8 Cloves Garlic
• 2″ piece Ginger
Method:
- In a kadai, heat 5 tbsp oil.
- Fry onion till golden brown.
- Add tomato and fry until soft.
- Add the ground masala and fry it is cooked.
- Add chicken and fry.
- Add the required amount of water and salt and simmer till cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
