Ingredients:

• 500 g chicken, cut into small pieces
• 1 cup grated Coconut
• 1 medium onion, sliced lengthwise
• 1 medium-sized Tomato
• Grind the below ingredients together:
• 1 tsp Coriander leaves
• 1-2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 4 Cloves
• 1 inch Cinnamon
• 7-8 Cloves Garlic
• 2″ piece Ginger

Method:

  1. In a kadai, heat 5 tbsp oil.
  2. Fry onion till golden brown.
  3. Add tomato and fry until soft.
  4. Add the ground masala and fry it is cooked.
  5. Add chicken and fry.
  6. Add the required amount of water and salt and simmer till cooked.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
