An aromatic blend of spices and black tea
4 teaspoon loose tea (usually called CTC in India)
3 cups water
1 inch dry ginger
2 crushed green cardamoms
1 small piece of cinnamon stick
Milk to taste
Sugar to taste
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Once the boil comes, add tea and spices.
3. Boil for another half a minute, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid for 2-3 minutes.
4. Strain out the spices and serve, with milk and sugar.
