
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, potato, Cauliflower (chopped)
• 2 – Onions (chopped)
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 – Tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 pieces – Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, cinnamon and fry for some time.
- Add chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sugar, fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add the chopped vegetables, vinegar and a little water and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer till the vegetables are cooked and the gravy is sufficiently thick.
