Ingredients:

• 2 cups – mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, potato, Cauliflower (chopped)
• 2 – Onions (chopped)
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 – Tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 pieces – Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, cinnamon and fry for some time.
  3. Add chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sugar, fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables, vinegar and a little water and bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer till the vegetables are cooked and the gravy is sufficiently thick.
