Ingredients:

• 2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 1.5 cup – melted Ghee
• 1 – over ripped Banana
• 1 tbsp – vanilla essence
• 1.5 tbsp – Walnut
• 2 – eggs

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour and banana.
  2. Add vanilla essence, walnut, sugar, beaten eggs and ghee.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mix in a baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins with 350 degree F in a pre-heated oven.
  5. Makes a delicious and nutritious teatime cake.
