Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Butter milk
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Ginger- 1/4 inch
• 1-2 – Green chillies
• Coconut (dry or fresh)- a little piece
• Salt to taste
• Cilantro- few leaves
Method:
- Grind all the above ingredients into a paste and mix it with the buttermilk.
- Garnish the butter milk with cilantro leaves and season using mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. This does not require any boiling of the butter milk.
- Seasoning is done by using a tsp of oil in a pan. Put a few mustard seeds. Wait for them to splutter. Add cumin and curry leaves. This tastes delicious and takes only 5 mins.
