Ingredients:
• 250 g – cooked Rice
• 1 bottle – chilled water
• 1/2 – ginger, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• or 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• salt as per taste
• Curry leaves
Method:
- First put cooked rice in a bowl and add some chilled water. Add curd or lemon juice according to your choice. Add chopped ginger, salt and curry pata.
- Your Orissa delicacy is ready to eat.
- Serve it with any kind of bhaaji and onion
