
Ingredients:
• 6 – Wheat bread slices
• 6 tsps – Tomato ketchup
• For topping:
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 – small onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chopped ginger, Garlic
• 1/2 – Capsicum
• 2 – Green chillies
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• A pinch of black salt
• 50 g – chopped Paneer
• 3 tbsps – coriander
• 3 tbsps – Mint
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, add onion, ginger-garlic and fry till onions turn translucent.
- Add chopped capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder, black salt and saute for 2 mins.
- Add paneer, chopped coriander, mint, salt and finally lemon juice. Saute for 1 minute.
- Spread tomato ketchup on the bread and some of the topping.
- Toast in an oven at 200 degrees C for 2 mins and serve.
