Ingredients:
• 2 litre – milk.
• 200 gms – rice.
• 200 gms – soft jaggery.
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder.
• 2 tbsp – chopped almonds.
• 2 tbsp – chopped pistachios.
• 6-7 strands of Kesar.
Method:
- Wash rice and let it dry.
- Boil milk for 15 minutes.
- Add rice and let it cook till milk thickens and rice is cooked.
- Add kesar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
- Add jaggery and mix well till jaggery melts.
- Remove from fire.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
