Ingredients:

• 2 slices – Pineapple
• 3/4 cup – lychee juice
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 8 to 10 – ice cubes

Method:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle sugar in it.
  2. Place the chopped pineapple pieces in it. Cook till the sugar caramelizes and pineapples are lightly soft.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil. Let it cool.
  4. Pour this in blender and add lychee juice.
  5. Add ice and liquidize till smooth.
  6. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and serve cold.
