• 2 slices – Pineapple
• 3/4 cup – lychee juice
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 8 to 10 – ice cubes
- Heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle sugar in it.
- Place the chopped pineapple pieces in it. Cook till the sugar caramelizes and pineapples are lightly soft.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil. Let it cool.
- Pour this in blender and add lychee juice.
- Add ice and liquidize till smooth.
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple and serve cold.
