Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Pineapple jam.
• 2 – idlis.
• 2 tsp – oil.
• 10 – curry leaves.
• 1 tsp – chaat masala.

Method:

  1. Roast the idli on a tava till golden brown on both sides.
  2. Fry the curry leaves.
  3. Prepare a mixture of pineapple jam, chaat masala and fried curry leaves.
  4. Cut the idlis into two and spread the mixture between them.
  5. Garnish with fried curry leaves before serving.
