• 2 tbsp – Pineapple jam.
• 2 – idlis.
• 2 tsp – oil.
• 10 – curry leaves.
• 1 tsp – chaat masala.
- Roast the idli on a tava till golden brown on both sides.
- Fry the curry leaves.
- Prepare a mixture of pineapple jam, chaat masala and fried curry leaves.
- Cut the idlis into two and spread the mixture between them.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves before serving.
