Pinwheel is a party appetizers recipe. Very easy to cook and enjoyable dish.


– 1 cup refined flour (Maida)
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoon Oil

For Stuffing

– 2 tablespoon gram flour
– 1 tablespoon coconut (grated)
– 1 teaspoon amchur (mango powder)
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 tablespoon ginger paste
– 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
– 1/2 teaspoon Aniseed powder (variali powder)
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon oil

How To Cook?

1. Add salt to the gram flour and add some oil and water and make a dough.
2. Add all Ingredients in this dough.
3. Now rub and roll dough into a round shape and spread this stuffing on the roll and then place another gram flour roll on this and again roll and rub dough on board.
4. Now, twist the roll from one side and when it’s twisted properly, add some water to the corner of the roll and seal it.
5. Repeat this process to make more rolls.
6. Place these rolls into refrigerator for 20 minutes.
7. After this, slice the rolls into small pieces.
8. Press these rolls with soft hands and fry in oil until it becomes slightly brown in color.
9. Serve hot.
