A delicious Goan fish recipe which is perfect for summer days. Enjoy the baked fish with coconut, coriander chutney. You can enjoy this recipe with rice or roti.

Ingredients
– ? kg fish filets
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 tablespoon besan
– Salt to taste
– ? tablespoon turmeric powder
– 2 tablespoon oil
To Make Chutney
– ? of fresh coconut
– 1 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
– ? cup mint leaves
– 4 green chilies
– 1 inch ginger
– 6 flakes garlic
– 2 tablespoon lime juice
– Salt to taste
– 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Cook?
1. Rub fish with 1 tablespoon salt and lemon juice, 2 tablespoon besan and ? tablespoon turmeric powder.
2. Keep aside for 1-2 hours to remove the fishy smell. Wash it properly and proceed.
3. Grind all the chutney Ingredients to a paste with lesser water.
4. Now, Grease an ovenproof dish. Leave it with the half the fish and spread some chutney on the fish.
5. Then, Sprinkle 1 tablespoon oil and place another layer of fish and chutney and again sprinkle the oil.
6. Now, Bake the fish at 180?C for 40 minutes or till fish is tender.
