
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – Mushrooms
• 0.5 lb – Matar ( Green peas )
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3 – Onions
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 lb – Tomatoes
• 45 gm – blanched nuts (almonds, cashew nuts)
• 1 cup – Curd
• Few – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Grind onions to a fine paste.
- Grind the nuts separately and add to the onion paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai, fry the onion paste till golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
- Add tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder and fry till oil leaves the masala.
- Now add mushrooms and peas and fry for 2 min.
- Add beaten curd, some water, and bring to a boil.
- Let it cook, till the mushrooms and peas are done.
- Mix well and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
