Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Pomegranate
• 1 – medium-sized Potato (or 2 small), boiled
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – powdered cumin
• 2 cups – yogurt
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Sugar
Method:
- In a bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth.
- Chop the boiled potatoes into small cubes. Add to the yogurt bowl.
- Add salt, sugar, cumin powder and mix well.
- Add the pomegranate pearls and mix well.
- Garnish with pomegranate pearls and mint leaves and allow it to chill.
- Serve with rice/paratha and dry vegetables.
