Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Pomegranate
• 1 – medium-sized Potato (or 2 small), boiled
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – powdered cumin
• 2 cups – yogurt
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Sugar

Method:

  1. In a bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Chop the boiled potatoes into small cubes. Add to the yogurt bowl.
  3. Add salt, sugar, cumin powder and mix well.
  4. Add the pomegranate pearls and mix well.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and mint leaves and allow it to chill.
  6. Serve with rice/paratha and dry vegetables.
