Ingredients:

• 3 – Potatoes (boiled and chopped)
• 100g – Curd
• 15g – Cumin seeds (roasted and powdered)
• 10g – Red Chilli powder
• Rock salt, to taste

Method:

  1. Beat the curd till it turns smooth.
  2. Add chopped potatoes and mix well.
  3. Add roasted cumin powder and chilli powder to potato curd mixture.
  4. Sprinkle rock salt to taste
  5. Keep in refrigerator and serve along with the meal.
