
Ingredients:
• 3 – Potatoes (boiled and chopped)
• 100g – Curd
• 15g – Cumin seeds (roasted and powdered)
• 10g – Red Chilli powder
• Rock salt, to taste
Method:
- Beat the curd till it turns smooth.
- Add chopped potatoes and mix well.
- Add roasted cumin powder and chilli powder to potato curd mixture.
- Sprinkle rock salt to taste
- Keep in refrigerator and serve along with the meal.
