Ingredients:
• 3 – potato.
• 3 – tomato.
• 2 – onion.
• 2 – green chillies.
• 2 – glove.
• 2 – elachi.
• 1/2 tbsp – chilli powder.
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander powder.
• 1/2 tbsp – garam masala.
• 4 tbsp – oil.
Method:
- Grind onion, chilli, glove, ginger and elaichi. Then separately grind tomato, jeera and mustard. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat it.
- Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Pour into oil, fry until it becomes golden colour.
- Then pour into fry pan.
- Fry for 5 mins.
- Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Add garam masala, pour a little water.
- After it becomes a little thick, add cubes of potato, salt and leave it open for 5 mins.
- Then close the lid of the fry pan for 15 mins in low flame.
- Now potato tikka is ready.
