Ingredients:

• Chicken (boneless) – 750 g
• Curd (dahi) – 200 g
• Methi (whole) – few
• Crushed Garlic – 4, big Cloves
• Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes, with crushed garlic, dahi and salt.
  2. Heat oil, put methi and let it splutter.
  3. Add two cloves of crushed garlic and saute for a minute.
  4. Put the marinated chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
