
Ingredients:
• Chicken (boneless) – 750 g
• Curd (dahi) – 200 g
• Methi (whole) – few
• Crushed Garlic – 4, big Cloves
• Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes, with crushed garlic, dahi and salt.
- Heat oil, put methi and let it splutter.
- Add two cloves of crushed garlic and saute for a minute.
- Put the marinated chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
