• 500 ml – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 cup – Kaju katli or Milk barfi broken into small pieces


  1. This is a simple kheer made with leftover kaju katli or milk barfi or any other mithai.
  2. Bring the milk to boil and reduce to half, stirring all the time.
  3. Add the sugar and the broken kaju pieces and stir gently till the kheer begins to thicken.
  4. Cool and serve.
