• 500 ml – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 cup – Kaju katli or Milk barfi broken into small pieces
- This is a simple kheer made with leftover kaju katli or milk barfi or any other mithai.
- Bring the milk to boil and reduce to half, stirring all the time.
- Add the sugar and the broken kaju pieces and stir gently till the kheer begins to thicken.
- Cool and serve.
