Ingredients:

• Toasts – 2
• Sooji – 1/2 cup
• Onion – 1 small -diced finely
• Tomato – 1 diced
• Coriander – a small bunch -finely chopped
• Green Pepper – 2-3 -finely cut
• Cream (malai) – 1.5 tbsp
• Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
• Red pepper – to taste
• Salt
• Garam Masala – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the vegetables, the spices and cream with the sooji and make a thick paste.
  2. Add some water if required. Keep aside for 10 min
  3. Take a toast, apply the batter on it.
  4. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a griddle, add mustard seeds and let them splutter
  5. When the seeds start sputtering, put the bread slice, paste side down.
  6. Once cooked, flip and cook the other side.
  7. Cut the pieces into triangles and serve
