Sabudana ladoo is a mouth watering sweet dish recipe. It is most preferable sweet dish during fasting days but it can also make it on festival days too. This delicious Sabudana Ladoo recipe works perfect as a dessert dish on your fasting days that gives you energy and refreshing. To make this recipe we need sago, peanut, khoya, ghee, sugar and some dry fruits. You can try different sabudana recipes like sabudana kheer, sabudana khichdi and sabudana vada.

Ingredients

– 2 cups sago
– 1 cup peanut
– 1/2 cup mashed khoya
– 1/2 cup dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachio, raisins)
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup ghee

How To Cook?

1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and add sago in it and roast it for about 5 minutes.
2. In a mixture jar, place this roasted sago and grind it and transfer it to a bowl then add peanuts and roughly crush them.
3. Now, heat remaining ghee in the same pan and add crushed sago and again roast it for about 2 minutes.
4. When the sago is roasted add crushed peanut and stir them for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Add khoya and dry fruits. Mix them well and turn off the heat.
6. Transfer this mixture to the bowl and allow it to cool slightly before adding powdered sugar.
7. Now, add sugar and mix it, then roll into even sized ladoos.
8. Your sabudana ladoo is ready to serve.
