– 200 gm scampi
– 20 gm small chopped cilantro
– 40 gm chopped onion
– 10 gm green chilies
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 cup lemon juice
– 20 gm chopped lemon grass
How To Cook?
1. Wash Scampi in cold running water.
2. Now, add cilantro, green chilies, and lemon grass in scampi and mix it well and add lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 2 hours to marinate.
3. Place scampi on serving plate and serve it.
