
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – frozen crabmeat
• 1 cup – shrimps, peeled and de-veined
• 1/2 kg – firm fish, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
• 2 – carrots, sliced
• 3 – tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 2 tbsp – chopped Celery
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 2 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 cup – dry white wine
• 1 cup – Chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add onion, capsicum, carrots, garlic and celery.
- Saute till onions are transparent.
- Add tomatoes and green chillies.
- Stir well for a minute.
- Add white wine, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce flame, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, till vegetables are tender.
- Add shrimp, fish and crabmeat.
- Cook until fish is opaque, stirring occasionally and very carefully. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Add oregano and mix.
- Serve hot.
