
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – apples (finely grated)
• 3- Cloves
• 1- Cinnamon stick
• 1/2 cup – Honey
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice.
Method:
- Cook the grated apples, honey and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan until it starts boiling.
- Then simmer with cloves and cinnamon sticks until it thickens.
- Now remove the spices and add the lemon juice and cook for a few minutes.
- Keep aside and let it cool.
- Serve with bread or pancakes.
