
Ingredients:
• 4 – Chicken Drumsticks
• Marinade I:
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• pinch – white pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• Marinade
• :
• 1/2 cup – curds
• 1/3 cup – Cream
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Saffron
• Oil, for basting
• For Coating:
• 1 – large Egg
• 2 tbsp – cashew powder
Method:
- Make deep cuts on drumsticks and rub with first marinade. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Then mix all the ingredients for second marinade and pour over the drum sticks. Keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.
- Pick out the drum sticks from the marinade and place on a grilling rack.
- Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Grill, basting with oil.
- When cooked, dip in beaten egg mixed with cashew powder and grill again till the coating is set.
