
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – walnuts, shelled
• 1/2 tsp – dry powdered Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – fresh curds, beaten
• 4 to 5 – Kashmiri Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Sugar
• 2 to 3 – Mint leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix curd, powdered curry leaves, salt and sugar well.
- Pound walnuts and chillies together.
- Add pounded mixture and mix well.
- Chill before serving.
- Garnish with pieces of mint leaves.
- Serve with vegetable crudites and tortillas.
