Ingredients:

• 1 cup – walnuts, shelled
• 1/2 tsp – dry powdered Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – fresh curds, beaten
• 4 to 5 – Kashmiri Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – powdered Sugar
• 2 to 3 – Mint leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix curd, powdered curry leaves, salt and sugar well.
  2. Pound walnuts and chillies together.
  3. Add pounded mixture and mix well.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Garnish with pieces of mint leaves.
  6. Serve with vegetable crudites and tortillas.
