Ingredients:
• 1 cup-chiroti rava
• 1 cup-milk preheated
• 1 cup- grated Coconut
• 3 cup-sugar
• 1 cup- Ghee
• 1/2 tsp- Cardamom powder
Method:
- Grease a plate for the sweet with ghee.
- Take bottom thick vessel or a kadai. Mix all the ingredients in the kadai.
- Keep it on medium flame.
- Keep stirring in between until the sugar is dissolved and the other ingredients get mixed well.
- When it starts boiling keep the flame low, keep stirring.
- When the mixture froths up, the sides getting dried up, remove quickly pour it on the greased plate.
- Shake the plate gently for the mixture to spread evenly.
- When it is partly cooled, cut into pieces with a sharp greased knife.
- Serve when it is cooled completely.
