
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton chops
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – potatoes, boiled and sliced thickly
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 4 – slit Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil.
Method:
- Wash the chops well and marinate it with the salt, pepper powder, garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Cook the chops with a little water till tender.
- Add the onions, green chillies and oil and cook till the gravy is thick.
- Add the potatoes and mix lightly so that the potatoes are covered with the gravy.
