Ingredients:
• Apple – 1
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Cashew – 4
• Almond – 4
• Dry fruits – 4
• Cardamom – 1
• Ghee
Method:
- Cut apples into very small pieces.
- Heat a kadai, add ghee fry the chopped almonds, cashews, dry fruits and cardamom and keep aside.
- Now fry the apple.
- Prepare thick sugar syrup.
- Now add the fried apple, nuts and cardamom to the sugar syrup and stir well.
- When the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel transfer into a greased plate and garnish with grated coconut.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve.
