Ingredients:

• Apple – 1
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Cashew – 4
• Almond – 4
• Dry fruits – 4
• Cardamom – 1
• Ghee

Method:

  1. Cut apples into very small pieces.
  2. Heat a kadai, add ghee fry the chopped almonds, cashews, dry fruits and cardamom and keep aside.
  3. Now fry the apple.
  4. Prepare thick sugar syrup.
  5. Now add the fried apple, nuts and cardamom to the sugar syrup and stir well.
  6. When the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel transfer into a greased plate and garnish with grated coconut.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
