Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – ginger, Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – Lemons
• 2 – Onions
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsps – cashew paste
• coriander 1 bunch
Method:
- Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add a little salt and steam in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the green chillies and onions, till onions turn golden brown.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw small disappears.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well so that the mixture coats the chicken pieces.
- Cook till done. Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
