Ingredients:

• Cooked basmati Rice – 2 cups
• Red Chillies (dry) – 4
• Garlic – 6 pearls
• Onion (big, chopped) – 1| | Green peas – 1/2 cup
• Spring onion – 1/2 bunch
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Make a paste of red chillies and garlic in a mixie.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the ground paste and saute till the garlic is cooked.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute for 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Add green peas, salt and saute till the onion is fried.
  5. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and serve with veg kurma or onion raitha.
