
Ingredients:
• Cooked basmati Rice – 2 cups
• Red Chillies (dry) – 4
• Garlic – 6 pearls
• Onion (big, chopped) – 1| | Green peas – 1/2 cup
• Spring onion – 1/2 bunch
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Make a paste of red chillies and garlic in a mixie.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the ground paste and saute till the garlic is cooked.
- Add chopped onion and saute for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add green peas, salt and saute till the onion is fried.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve with veg kurma or onion raitha.
